Want to know how we will move forward with your project? This is a brief description of the sequence of events that takes place for most projects.
Discussion phase:
This is perhaps the most crucial part of the process because everything flows from our initial discussions. We take enourmous care in understanding what you want to achieve with your website, but we also brainstorm together in order to fine tune and push your ideas even further. It is essential that we get off on the right track with the proper overview of your website goals.
Determination phase:
Once we have carefully documented all of the features and characteristics your website will require to meet your goals, we can feed them back to you and receive your approval. Again this is a crucial step because you must compltely understand and approve the path we have created together for your website from concept to launch.
After your approval for the plan is given, we have enough information to determine an exact price your project and our own estimation - which is binding for us. There are no extra costs or hidden fees as long as the initial project stays within scope. You will be emailed or faxed a formal business proposal that you can review at your leisure. The quote will contain the details of your project, a site map and a breakdown of costs by module. The quote is modified if necessary, and the only thing left before we begin is to review the standard agreement.
Design phase:
The first part of this phase is for us to create a static mockup for key pages on the site for you to review. Once you are satisfied with the visuals, we can begin creating a working website. Thanks to our proprietary technology, this part happens incredibly fast. You will be given a series of live demonstrations at chekpoints pre-determined in the previous step. During these meetings you have the opportunity to make comments, and we have the opportunity to make adjustments for the following demo. Once all the milestones have been completed, we are ready for the final phase.
Departure phase:
Congratulations! Your site is ready and will be available to the world shortly. But not before we give you some basic training on how to update your own website content idependatnly. You're on your way, but that does not mean we are parting ways.
