Want to know how we will move forward with your project? This is a brief description of the sequence of events that takes place for most projects.
Discussion phase:
Turnaround: 2 days
Over a couple of phone calls we discuss your project and your business. Together we casually visit some sites and brainstorm ideas. We carefully take note of all the features and characteristics you would like to see in your website.
Determination phase:
Turnaround: 3 days
At this point we have gathered enough information to determine an exact price based on the scope of your project and our own estimation, which is binding for us. There are no extra hidden fees as long as the initial project scope stays the same. You will be emailed or faxed a formal business proposal that you can review at your leisure. The quote will contain the details of your project, a site map and a breakdown of costs by module. The quote is modified if necessary, and the only thing left before we begin is to review the standard agreement (which can be read here).
Design phase:
Turnaround: 3 weeks
The first part of this phase is for us to create a static mockup for key pages on the site for you to review. Once you are satisfied with the visuals, we can begin creating a working website. Thanks to our proprietary technology, this part happens incredibly fast.
Departure phase:
Turnaround: 1 day
Congratulations! Your site is ready and will be available to the world shortly. But not before we give you some basic training on how to update your own website content yourself. You're on your way, but that doesn't mean we will part ways. Abludo will always be there for you when you need support or want upgrades to the site because a successful site is always evolving and returning value.
